- Super Specialist: A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the first schedule or second Schedule or Part II of the third Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualification included in Part II of the third schedule should also fulfill Subsection (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). DM/DNB in the specialty concerned.

- Senior Resident: Rs. 67,700 – 1,40,139/-Per Month
- Professor: Rs. 2,45,295/-Per Month
- Associate Professor: Rs. 1,63,116/-Per Month
- Assistant Professor and Statistician: Rs. 1,19,829/-Per Month
- Super Specialist: Rs. 2,40,000/-Per Month
