Qualification
- Senior Surgeon: Post-graduate degree, failing which post-graduate diploma, in speciality concerned.
- Junior Surgeon : Post-graduate degree, failing which post-graduate diploma, in the speciality concerned.
- Assistant Professor: Good Academic record with at least 55%* of marks or equivalent grade at Master’s Degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from a foreign University. (ii) National Eligibility Test (NET)/State Level Eligibility Test (SET) shall remain the compulsory requirement for appointment as Assistant Professor: Provided, however, that candidates who are or have been awarded Ph. D. Degree in compliance of the “University Grants Commission (minimum standards and procedure for award of Ph. D. Degree), Regulation 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor orequivalent positions in Colleges”.
- Scientific Officer (DNA): Master’s Degree with Second Class in Microbiology /Genetics /Zoology/ Biotechnology/ Forensic Science with Zoology as one of the subject at the level of Bachelor’s Degree in Science from a recognized University. (2) Five Years Experience in the relevant field in a State/Central Forensic Science Laboratory. (3) Knowledge of Computer (4) Knowledge of Konkani.
- Marine Engineer and Ship Surveyor : Certificate of competency as 1st Class Engineer(Motor) issued under the Merchant Shipping Act,1958(Central Act 44 of 1958)
Salary Details
- Senior Surgeon: Rs. 15,600-39,100/- per Month
- Junior Surgeon : Rs. 15,600-39,100/- per Month
- Assistant Professor: Rs. 15,600-39,100/- per Month
- Scientific Officer (DNA): As Per Rules
- Marine Engineer and Ship Surveyor : As Per Rules
Age Limit
