Qualification
- General Manager: Full Time Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Government recognized University/ Institute with 60% aggregate marks.
- Deputy General Manager (Finance): Associate/Fellow Member of ICAI/ICWAI or MBA (Finance) from Government recognized University/Institute with aggregate 60% marks in MBA (Finance).
- Deputy General Manager (Civil): Full Time Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Government recognized University/ Institute with 60% aggregate marks.
- Senior Manager (Civil): Full Time Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Government recognized University/ Institute with 60% aggregate marks.
- Senior Manager (HRM): Full time MBA/ full time two years Post Graduate Diploma in Management (equivalent to MBA) with 60% aggregate marks from Government recognized university/ institute with Specialization in HRM/PM/IR as major subject.
Salary Details
- General Manager: Rs. 90,000 – 2,40,000/-Per Month
- Deputy General Manager (Finance): Rs. 80,000- 2,20,000/-Per Month
- Deputy General Manager (Civil): Rs. 80,000- 2,20,000/-Per Month
- Senior Manager (Civil): Rs.70,000-2,00,000/- Per Month
