Qualification
Manager: MBA/PGDM/equivalent Master’s degree in Agriculture/ Agri-Business/ finance/ marketing/ Agri Marketing/ Economics/ AgriEconomics/International Business from UGC recognized institute/ universities. Minimum 3-5 years in incubation sector/ supported incubation/ accelerator programs; Assessment and evaluation of projects of startup proposals; mentoring startup companies; facilitated funding support to startups from Angel /VCs. Organizing workshops and training, awareness programs to promote Agri-incubation.
Program Executive: Any Graduation from a recognized university. Three to Five (3-5) years of working experience with a PG Diploma in Computer Application. Should have working experience in creating relevant Posters, digital images, and infographics with software like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and several other open-source tools. Preparation and designing of training certificates. Should have prior experience working in an Incubation center and first-hand interaction with startups. Working experience with Agri-Startup data management in MIS
Salary Details
Manager: Rs. 1,50,000/- Per Month
Program Executive: Rs. 36,000/- Per Month
Age Limit
