Qualification
- Manager/Assistant Manager (F&A): Manager (F&A): Working on analogous posts or Group ‘B’ officer working on regular posts in Pay Level 10/ Level 09/Level 08 (7th CPC) from Accounts/Finance/Audit/Economics Cadre of Indian Railways/ Central Government/ State Govt. having 05 years of service in Group A/Group B or its equivalent in PSUs/Statutory Authorities. Assistant Manager (F&A): Working on analogous posts or Group ‘B’ officer working on regular posts in Pay Level 09/Level 08/Level 07 (7th CPC) in Accounts/Finance/Audit/Economics Cadre of Indian Railways/ Central Government/ State Govt. having 03 years of service or its equivalent in PSUs/Statutory Authorities and should have passed
- Accounts Assistant: Working on analogous posts or in a grade not lower than Pay Level 6 with 4 years of regular service in the Accounts Department of Indian Railways/ Central Govt/State Govt/ PSUs under Central or State Govt/PSEs/ Statutory Authority. Desirable: 1. Working knowledge of computer l,e. MS-Office. 2. Experience working in organizations/areas connected with Land/Estate Management
