Qualification
- Senior Research Scientist: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Bachelor Degree in Technology (B.E. or B.Tech) or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Technology (M.E. or M.Tech) in the field of Electronics & Telecommunications, Electronics, Instrumentation & Controls, Microwaves or Masters in Electronics (M.Sc. Electronics) from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks.
- Research Scientist: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Bachelor Degree in Technology (B.E. or B.Tech) or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Technology (ME or M.Tech) in the field of Electronics & Telecommunications, Electronics, Instrumentation & Controls, Microwave or Master in Electronics (M.Sc Electronics) from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Technology (B.E. or B.Tech) or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Technology (M.E. or M.Tech) in Computer Science/ Information Technology with minimum 55% marks.

- Project Technician: Candidates should have passed ITI (Electronics) from Govt. the affiliated board of technical/vocational education and completed NCTVT with a minimum of 55% marks. Candidate should have passed ITI (Fitter) from the Govt. affiliated board of technical/vocational education and completed NCTVT with a minimum of 55% marks. Candidate should have passed ITI (Turner) from the Govt. an affiliated board of technical/vocational education and completed NCTVT with a minimum of 55% marks.
Salary Details
- Senior Research Scientist: Rs. 39,200/-Per Month
- Research Scientist: Rs. 30,000/-Per Month
- Project Assistant: Rs. 17,000/-Per Month
- Project Technician: Rs. 15,100/- 19,100/- Per Month
