Qualification
- State Mission Manager (Financial Inclusion): MBA from a recognized University/institution
- State Mission Manager (Finance): CA/lC WAVC FA/MB A(Finance) with managerial experience of at least five years in procurement, designing of financial management policies, budgeting for state-wide social/ community development programs funded by WINDP/ Central Government, etc. communication and presentation skills, Computer Skills are also essential.
- State Mission Manager (Institutional Building & Capacity Building): Post Graduate in Management/ Community Development Social Work/ Rural Management
- District Coordinator (Institutional Building & Capacity Building): Postgraduate degree in Social Work/ Rural Development/ Management/ Mass communication
- District Coordinator (Livelihood & Marketing): Post Graduate Agriculture/ Horticulture Agri-Business Management/ Botany / Zoology. OR, PC in any discipline with 2 years experience in livelihood promotion programs.
Salary Details
- State Mission Manager (Financial Inclusion): Rs. 50,000/-Per Month
- State Mission Manager (Finance): Rs. 50,000/-Per Month
- State Mission Manager (Institutional Building & Capacity Building): Rs. 27,500/-Per Month
- District Coordinator (Institutional Building & Capacity Building): Rs. 27,500/-Per Month
