- President, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission: be a graduate of a recognised University, and be a person of ability, integrity and standing and have special knowledge and experience of at least ten years in consumer affairs, law, public affairs, administration, economics, commerce, industry, finance, management, engineering, technology, public health or medicine.
- Member, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Uttarakhand: Must possess a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university and be a person of ability, integrity, and standing with special knowledge and at least ten years of experience in consumer affairs, law, public affairs, administration, economics, commerce, industry, finance, management, engineering, technology, public health, or medicine.
