Junior Research Fellow: 21 Posts
Research Associate: 2 Posts
Qualification
- Junior Research Fellow: M.E / M.Tech / M.Sc (Engg.) or equivalent post graduate degree in relevant subject or equivalent.
- Research Associate: Ph.D or equivalent in Physics/ Chemistry/ Materials Science/ Microwave / RF / Radar with specialisation in Solid State Power Amplifier (SSPA). M.E / M. Tech in Microwave / RF / Radar with minimum of 3 years Research experience in SSPA design and development with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.
Salary Details
- Junior Research Fellow: Rs. 37000 – 42000/-Per Month
- Research Associate: Rs. 58000/-Per Month
Age Limit
- Junior Research Fellow: 28 years
- Research Associate: 28 years
Age Relaxation
OBC Candidates: 3 Years
SC, ST Candidates: 5 Years
